Discussion
We agreed that the presentation should start from what students live every day, then show the numbers behind the need, before presenting our Big Idea, our Essential Question and our Challenge.
Decisions
The presentation follows this plan:
- Problem statement — six situations every student recognizes, and real students’ comments: “Is anyone there?”
- The Need — 44M teachers missing by 2030, 272M children out of school, 3% of learners finish an online course
- The Opportunity — 95% of students already use AI, a fast-growing AI in education market
- The Risk, our difference — voice cloning, trust in AI, the EU AI Act: a responsible, transparent project
- The Big Idea, the Essential Question and the Challenge
- Content strategy — our Instagram launch with 4 pillars: The Project, Educate, Engage, Behind the Scenes
- Call-to-action video
- Conclusion & perspectives — “The challenge is set. Now we investigate.”
